NORWIN Wind Turbine Technology

NORWIN Wind Turbine Technology

Research and development - strategy

During the years, the group behind Norwin has been deeply involved in research activities in wind turbine technology and renewable energy.

In the last years this activity has increased and apart from the in-house wind turbine product development some front technology research and development programmes has been initiated and has been or is being conducted. These programmes are typically focused on improving the performance and reliability of the Norwin turbines, and are further typically made in a joint co-operation with other specialised know how institutions complementing and improving the total knowledge of the project group.

These projects are in most cases conducted with co-financing from national or international founds and organisations like The Danish Ministry of Energy and The European Commission.
